Question about CSI

I think one of the great things about CSI is the really great quotes so I thought I'd start a topic for people to post their favorite quotes.

My favorite are:

"The shortest distance between two points is science." said by Warrick but you can just tell he's quoting Grissom

I also liked it when Sara said "why do they think they can fool us?” I just can't remember it was appeared in which episodes.

They are just personal taste; you guys may have different thoughts.

P.S.: which series do you prefer? CSI: New York, CSI: Miami or CSI: Lasvegas
