Syndee Winters was perfect for the lion king on dvdthe role of Nala: the lion king on dvdfiercely talented with a beautiful, melodic the lion king on dvdvoice. And what can we say about the the lion king on dvdincredible Brenda Mhlongo who plays the lion king on dvdthe shaman Rafiki. David Foster the lion king on dvdshould be so lucky to work with the lion king on dvdtalent like that. The rest of the cast was impressive to say the least. In theatre nothing happens without the essential the lion king on dvdunion of a great cast; the lion king on dvdthe devotion to perfection was clearly evident. Even the performers who didn't have lines seemed to speak to the audience through their movement, and what a conversation they were having. Julie Taymor the lion king on dvd has credits the length of the lion king on dvdher arm for this production: director, costume designer, mask/puppet co-designer (with Michael Curry) and song writer. She has an equally long list of outstanding, well-deserved awards that reflect her expertise. The music was magnificent. Songs by Sir Elton John, Tim Rice, and a host of others. It would have been a bit less distracting though if the performers' microphones had the lion king on dvdbeen turned up just a tad. Their voices were beautiful and strong but they were no match for the live orchestra stage front, left, and right. The overall vision for the show is fantastic. It's like one of the lion king on dvdthose enormous paintings you see in the Louvre where the artist has carefully covered every corner of the canvas and you sit back and marvel at how they got everything in the proper perspective. During the the lion king on dvdintermission three women stood arguing over which performer had stolen the most scenes. Costumes and sets were the lion king on dvddiscussed and each took a turn at figuring out how they managed this visual and that visual. Two and a half hours the lion king on dvd(with a twenty minute intermission) of audio and visual splendour. It's one of those things that doesn't come around often, but when it does, you know you've just been part of something very special.
