Zumba Fitness-Let's Dance at Home!

I also used to go for walks and play some sports. I pretty much had a very active workout routine. Since I am a single mother and am in school full time, it's hard to go and do things like I used to. So working out at home is my only option at this time. That is another reason why I love Zumba. I can dance in my own living room.
