Criminal Minds: The dark side of the BAU characters

I for one would like to see a dark side to the BAU characters in Criminal Minds, primarily Hotch, because he so good at playing by the book.

They must have a release from it all at the end of the day, besides having a drink or going to the gym for a workout - or spending a nice evening with their loved ones. There are so many things they can do in Criminal Minds show.

What do you think their dark side in Criminal Minds would be and why.
