Whopping 99 nominations for HBO, 22 for '30 Rock'

HBO, the perennial Emmy nominations leader, topped the field today at the 61st Primetime Emmy Awards nominations, grabbing 99, while NBC's "30 Rock" led all programs with 22 nods, including for best comedy series.
