The lawyers of actress Brooke Shields released a statement to "The Insider" after reports surfaced of the actress witnessing the alleged argument between Kiefer Sutherland and fashion designer Jack McCollough.

"A number of statements have been attributed to Ms. Shields in the media that are neither true nor authorized. These statements were obviously made by those who were not in attendance at the party and constitute their version of events, The Unit 1-4, CSI: Miami boxset, Criminal Minds complete seasons, The Shield box set, The Pacific complete series, MacGyver seasons 1-7 dvd, The Closer dvd series, Monk on dvd, Babylon 5 dvd box, BONES dvd set, Star Trek Voyager series 1-7, Will And Grace complete seasons, Veronica Mars collection, Cold Case series 1-7, BONES 1-5, True Blood seasons 1-2, Mad Men series 1-4, Charmed box set, Criminal Minds collection," her lawyers told "The Insider."
The statement continues, Will And Grace seasons 1-8, The Unit 1-4, "While at the party she [Shields] was bumped into by Jack McCollough and Kiefer Sutherland became concerned. Kiefer has always been a gentleman in her company. Both Jack and Kiefer are friends of Ms. Shields and she regrets this unfortunate situation."

Sutherland allegedly headbutted McCollough, Cold Case collection, The Shield box set 1-7, Charmed box set, MacGyver box set 1-7, Will And Grace box set, Veronica Mars 1-3, Babylon 5 boxset, Babylon 5 dvd, True Blood collection, The Closer complete seasons, NCIS on dvd, Star Trek Voyager 1-7 dvd, Charmed collection, The mentalist dvd series, a Proenza Schouler designer, at a nightclub last week. Officials say the actor has a summons for June 22 in Manhattan Criminal Court, after being charged with assault in the third degree.

The Unit dvd setBret Michaels' tour manager posted an update Sunday on the Poison singer's Web site, The Shield complete series, The mentalist dvd 1-2, Lost boxset, CSI: Miami complete seasons, NCIS 1-7, disclosing that Michaels is under the care of doctors 24 hours a day.

"At this point Bret remains in ICU in critical condition. He is under 24 hour doctors care and supervision. We are hopeful that further tests will locate the source of the bleeding, which has still not been located," Janna Elias wrote of the 47-year-old rocker's health condition. "As we all know Bret is a fighter and we are hopeful that once all is complete the slurred speech, Medium 1-6, Will And Grace on dvd, Babylon 5 dvd box set, Babylon 5 complete seasons, The Closer box set 1-5, Star Trek Voyager seasons 1-7 dvd, blurred vision and dizziness, The Shield 1-7, Monk seasons 1-8 dvd box set, CSI: Miami seasons 1-8 dvd, Lost dvd box set, etc. will be eliminated and all functions will return to normal."
Michaels' Web site also released an update on the hospitalized rocker's health Saturday following the news that he had suffered a brain hemorrhage. "There are several incorrect reports on Bret's condition. Bret remains in critical condition at an undisclosed location. Further tests are being [run] and information will be updated in the coming days, Lost series 1-6, Cold Case dvds, Medium box set 1-6, The mentalist on dvd, The Closer dvd series, Lost 1-6, True Blood box set, Criminal Minds dvd 1-5, Cold Case complete box set, Cold Case boxset, Criminal Minds seasons 1-5 dvd," a post on Michaels' site said.
Elias thanked Michaels' supporters on Sunday, Frasier on dvd, NCIS box set, CSI: Miami 1-8 dvd, The Shield dvd box, Medium box set 1-6, writing, True Blood series 1-2, The Shield collection, Mad Men seasons 1-4 dvd, Lost dvd, "Everyone at Michaels Entertainment would like to thank all fans and friends for their continued thoughts and prayers through this difficult time." Elias says more information will be provided once it becomes available.
