Tales From the Crypt box set 1-7

President Barack Obama's prime-time speech about his strategy for the war in Afghanistan attracted more eyeballs than his recent address about heath care.
Obama's speech was watched by 40.8 million viewers, Ally McBeal seasons 1-5 dvd box set, an uptick of 27 percent from his health-care address in September and a 65 percent increase from his press conference in July. The president's biggest prime-time ratings came during his February address to a joint session of Congress, Heroes boxset, Grey's Anatomy 1-6 dvd, Midsomer Murders 1-13 dvd, which drew 52.4 million viewers.
Among the cable news outlets, Batman dvd series, some 4,5 million viewers tuned into Fox News Channel to watch the president, Boardwalk Empire collection, The A-Team seasons 1-5 dvd, Roswell dvds, while 2.3 million saw him on CNN and 1.6 million on MSNBC.
The Obama address reshuffled much of the night's entertainment programming. CBS was the most-watched network, That 70s Show box set 1-8, led by repeats of Two and a Half Men (13.5 million viewers) and NCIS (11.8 million) and the annual Victoria's Secret Fashion Show (8 million).
NBC, however, Pocoyo complete seasons, That 70s Show dvd series, took the night's top spot in the 18-to-49 demographic, The Tudors seasons 1-4 dvd box set, Buffy The Vampire Slayer seasons 1-7 dvd, Tales From the Crypt 1-7 dvd, CSI Miami dvd series, with Part 1 of its Biggest Loser season finale (10 million viewers). A two-hour So You Think You Can Dance pulled in 5.8 million viewers for Fox, House M D on dvd, Without a Trace seasons 1-7 dvd, Poko complete seasons, Will And Grace seasons 1-8 dvd box set, while the CW's 90210 (2.2 million) and Melrose Place (1.4 million) held steady.
On ABC, a two-episode combo of the revamped Scrubs averaged 4.5 million viewers, losing a million viewers from its lead-in, Will And Grace 1-8, a Modern Family repeat and down 33 percent from the show's Season 8 premiere last January. The Forgotten (5.4 million viewers) was down 33 percent from its last new episode on Nov. 17.Wedneday's ratings recap:
8/7 CTPresident Obama's press conference drew 16.5 million total viewers across ABC, Courage the Cowardly Dog collection, Heroes seasons 1-4 dvd, Will And Grace dvd set, Pocoyo boxset, CBS and NBC — a 13 percent decrease from his previous such prime-time appearance (which aired April 29). Fox's So You Think You Can Dance, meanwhile, Sex and the City dvd, Ally McBeal on dvd, Batman complete seasons, Seinfeld collection, Batman boxset, Poko dvd series, Sex and the City box set, The West Wing collection, averaged 7.32 mil over its two-hour run, up 370K week-to-week.

9/8 CTAmerica's Got Talent topped the night with an audience of 11.5 million viewers, Batman dvd box set, Tales From the Crypt complete seasons, dipping 330K week-to-week. ABC's Wipeout (6.18 mil), CSI Miami dvd, Will And Grace complete box set, airing an hour later than usual, plunged 22 percent.
10/9 CTNBC's The Philanthropist (4.74 mil) enjoyed a 400K gain, while ABC's I Survived a Japanese Game Show held steady at 3.84 mil.
