Farscape dvd is doing for TV, what the original Star Wars did for movies back in 1977. Only it has an advantage over the movie, it is not limited to the 3 hour time constraint movies have. Believe me, Farscape dvduses every second for plot development and adding a richness to the characters rarely seen in both movies and TV.
Like Star Wars, Farscape dvd combines humor, action, & drama with state of the art F/X and creatures (two of which are regular characters). The characterizations are so strong you will forget that Zhann is blue, D'Argo has tentacles, & Rygel is a puppet. Farscape dvd tends to leave you with a feeling that you just peaked into the characters' lives, as opposed to have just watched a scripted TV show.

Described as "The X Files Meets Route 66", supernatural 1-4 dvd came along last fall on the WB and quickly became the one bright spot for new programming. Feeling the withdrawl of no more "Buffy" or "Angel", this new show helps fill in that void, if not totally making up for it. Better than expected for this type of show on a network like WB, supernatural 1-4 dvd is a tight and well shot show that is a little "mini horror movie" every week, but having it's own mythology and season story arc. The show's weekly stories delve into folklore and famous urban legends. Jensen Ackles and Jared Padalecki play Dean and Sam Winchester, brothers who drive across the country tracking down supernatural 1-4 dvd happening and beings and helping people.
