The L Word: Season 6 Will Be Last

This just in, folks. Showtime has renewed The L Word DVD boxset for its sixth season but it will be the final one. Moreover, the final season of The L Word DVD boxset will have only eight episodes (instead of the usual 12). Production is set to begin this summer (as usual) and The L Word DVD boxset premieres in early 2009 (probably in January, as usual).
