Best Buy Hosts Midnight "Avatar" Opening

Best Buy announced Wednesday that more than 200 locations nationwide were to host a midnight opening Thursday for the release of "Avatar dvd" on DVD and Blu-ray. Some locations will host midnight release parties for the James Cameron , which The Vampire Diaries DVDs broke box office records when it was released last December.
