Treme Renewed 24 hours dvds for Second Season
HBO has renewed Treme after just one episode.
From the creators of HBO's critically acclaimed but ratings-challenged drama The wire seasons dvd, Treme premiered Sunday to 1.4 million viewers for combined airings. The wire seires dvd chronicles New Orleans three months after Hurricane Katrina as its Cold Case dvd box set citizens struggle to put their lives, and their city, back together.
Treme overcomes tragedy, on-screen and off
"I can't think of another show The wire complete series that is more emblematic of what we aspire to be as a network Cold Case complete series than Treme," Michael Lombardo, HBO's programming dvd the wire president, said Tuesday in announcing the renewal.
