Is House doomed to die the way Michael Jackson seems to have?

We all know what is supposed to have happened to Michael Jackson: He was addicted to painkillers and had severe insomnia which he treated with life endangering anesthesia meds. It is amazingly ironic that our House m.d was/is going through the same issues. Also, like Michael Jackson, many people misunderstood or demonized House for what they think he does, says, or feels. I wonder if House m.d would be reborn as a man to be honored if he were to die on the show.

My question is this-should House m.d season 6 include references to the sad fate of Michael Jackson? IF yes, how? Could it be done tastefully and without preaching to audiences?


Likewise, should the show address or include the issues facing the FDA, regarding the dangers to the liver of using Tylenol, Vicadin, and other pain meds containing acetaminophen? Do you think the FDA's advisory panel's recommendations should be followed because of people like House m.d and/or Michael Jackson?
