Is history repeating on 'Gossip Girl'?

The CW is serving up a Serena-centric episode of Gossip Girl for Thanksgiving and true to the Van Der Woodsen world, it's full of drama. First up, Nate is struggling with round two of his crush on Serena - but unfortunately for him, she's a bit busy with Trip, the new bad boy on the block.
