Though Jamie Yager lost The Ultimate Fighter finale he was still in good spirits as he hosted a post fight party at LAVO. Arriving just before midnight with friends they enjoyed cocktails until 3 am while taking in the sounds of DJ Crooked, Star Trek Voyager box set 1-7, CSI: Miami series 1-8, MacGyver boxset, Monk complete series, who of course played "Whip It" in honor of Devo being in the house. UFC ref Herb Dean was also spotted in the club.

Court papers filed by the F.B.I have revealed that an acquaintance of Crawford and Gerber's former nanny allegedly threatened to sell a photo of their daughter Kaia which reportedly featured her bound and gagged and tied to a chair in shorts and a t-shirt. The photo was taken by the nanny when the girl was seven years old.
A German citizen named Edis Kayalar allegedly contacted Crawford and Gerber and asked for money repeatedly, after allegedly stealing the photo from the nanny's home after he met her in a bar.
According to court papers, NCIS 1-7 dvd, Veronica Mars collection, the nanny explained to Gerber that the photo was taken as part of a prank, Monk collection, Will And Grace dvds, BONES series 1-5, Medium complete series, while the little girl told her parents that it was part of a "cops and robbers" type game, The Pacific on dvd, but neither Crawford nor Gerber were aware of the photo until the alleged extortion attempt occurred. The couple also did not consent to the photo being taken.
