Buffy the Vampire Slayer: Moments That Made You Cry

I'm just now watching all of the seasons of Buffy the Vampire Slayer, in a row. My brain is exploding with joy.

Anyway, I'm on Buffy season 5 and I just watched the episode where Buffy's mom is dead. I honestly didn't think i was going to cry at all because I never liked Joyce as a character, but I did. I started when Willow is in her room with Tara and she's trying to find something to wear and was bawling by the time Xander and Anya had come in and Anya said her whole "I don't understand" speach. I think what got me was seeing how it affected characters that I love. The episode was done really well, it felt very much like death. Very hollow and muted and slow. Maybe it’s one of the best of Buffy the Vampire Slayer.
