Oh, baby! The long-awaited arrival of Jim and Pam's child helped The Office series dvd win its hour among adults 18-to-49, besting Greys Anatomy DVD and boosting The Marriage Ref to equally strong numbers.
The Office seasons dvd collection's one-hour episode drew 9 million viewers, but it easily defeated ABC's Greys Anatomy seasons dvd (11.8 million viewers) and CSI Las Vegas (15.6 million viewers) in the coveted demo. Despite the loss, Grey's was up 8 percent over its last new The Office series dvd set episode.
Following The Office seasons dvd, The Marriage Ref scored 7.7 million viewers, but also won its hour in the demo, giving NBC some hope Greys Anatomy dvd box set in its post-Jay Leno Show lineup. (NBC has improved to third overall three nights in a row.) The Peacock kicked The Office box set off its night with Community (5.1 million viewers) and Parks and Recreation (4.6 million viewers), both on par with their previous new Greys Anatomy box set episodes.

Fox still won the night CSI Las Vegas series dvd overall, thanks to an American Idol results show (19.3 million viewers). Idol and its The Office dvd box set lead-out, Kitchen Nightmares (8.1 million viewers), were both down Greys Anatomy dvd set in the demo, however.
CBS was the night's most-watched network, but The Office DVD came in second in the demo. Survivor: Heroes vs. Villains drew 12.4 million viewers and The Mentalist returned to 14.8 million viewers. Survivor and CSI Las Vegas seasons dvd were up from their last outings by 3 percent and 16 percent, respectively, while The Mentalist dumped 14 percent of its demo The Office dvd online rating against Marriage Ref.
ABC bookended the new episode of Greys Anatomy dvd collection with a Greys Anatomy series dvd repeat (4.8 million viewers) and a fresh Private Practice (8.1 million viewers), which suffered The Office tv series its lowest demo rating since moving to Thursday.
