Star Trek IX = Enterprise: The Next Generation?

Do you see this film as a prequel to Star Trek? Or as a sequel to Star Trek: Enterprise? Which do you think Paramount sees it as?

I see it as the latter, what with redesigning NCC 1701. In fact, I see this film as a potential step by step repeat of what was done with Enterprise: Paramount is trying to scoop up Star Trek fans by promising a prequel to The Original Series (including artwork bearing the Original Series uniform colors) while what they're actually working on gives every appearance of being a 'reimagining' (translated, 'reimagined' means, "We were too lazy to tell a good story within the established canon but too cowardly to create our own franchise.")
